While we take every possible step to handle your merchandise with care, occasionally damage can occur during shipping or handling. Please inspect your purchase promptly after you receive it and report any visible damage to email: email@example.com. If you are reporting goods as delivered damaged, digital images of the damage will bе helpful.
In case of delivery, manufacturing damage, or dysfunction we will replace the product or the damaged part.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can have a full refund if you contact us within 2 weeks after recieving the product. Delivery costs in both directions are responsibility of the customer. This option is not available for custom products - with custom material, size, thickness, finish etc.
We also offer refunds, including shipping costs, for products that have manufacturing defects making them unusable or with wrong size or material. Keep in mind that wood is a living material and there might be some variations in color and texture between deifferent pieces from the same type of wood. Keep also in mind that some structures require their joinery to be not very tight, the products in our Impossible Collection for example, in order to be assembled, but it does not mean that the assembled structure is unstable.
